2 oz butter
1 oz plain flour
10 fl oz veg or fish stock
5 fl oz double cream
2 oz strong cheddar grated
2 hard boiled eggs grated
3 chopped carrots pre boiled
2 oz frozen peas
4 to 5 steaks of salmon pre cooked
1 slab frozen puff pastry
Melt the butter and add the flour. Slowly add the stock. Add the
cream and cheese. Stir until thickened - increasing heat slowly.
Add the eggs, carrots, and peas. Add your cooked fish. Cover with
pastry and bake for about 40 - 45 minutes at 150 C.
